[TYPO3-english] sr_email_subscribe - form on one page, thank you on another page

Hi

I'm using the sr_email_subscribe extensions for direct mail 
subscribtion. I want to show the subscription form on my homepage but 
after the information has been entered and the sign up button has been 
pushed, the user to see the "thank you for registering" message on 
another page.

I can't seem to make this work. How do I set it up?

I have tried this but without luck:
plugin.tx_sremailsubscribe.linkToPID = 22
