[TYPO3-english] BE DB check queries not saving

Hi Jigal,

Thank you for this tip.

Only one problem.

When I go to Web->List and attempt to create a new record in the sysfolder I created called Actions I'm not seeing the System Records -> Action option.

I have the long list presented to create various kinds of records (like page, domain, News, News Category, various mm_forum, etc.) but not that one.

I'm running 4.2.10 if that matters. 

I logged into a 4.4.0 install and notice the typo of records you can create are grouped. Under System Records I don't see action.

Is there an install or config I need to do?
