[TYPO3-english] enter of data and customized quiries

Hi list,
I have to enter information for different user, so I need to create 4
tables.I'm able to create tables directly or using of extension is
better.Forms must validate the data before recording to database.Also, I
would like to make reports from these tables with customized queries.
I appreciate, if you advice me which extensions or the right way to make it
