yes, quite often during all my tests.
but the system always rebuilt immediately the identical file 
"temp_CACHED_FE_ps434d_ext_tables.php"

i know, but these reports were dated end of 2009.
and as far as i can tell, all the proposed patches are now included in 
the current version of feeditadvanced.
