Maybe a similar problem to the one i found for
rtehtmlarea(http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=14126):

feeditadvanced cdoes it#s work trough an eID-script, but tceforms
expects everything to be done through backend-scripst, so sometimes a
css or js-script file get's a wrong reference to the fe-site and not the
backend (missing typo3/ in path).
