[TYPO3-english] [ TT_NEWS ] No paragraph tag on frontend

[Sylvain Gourvil - Mediasmart]

The news body content in db (tt_news table) does not contain the <p> 
tag. So those tags are removed before inserting in db et "recreated" on RTE.

Can't find any solution.
