[TYPO3-english] using sr_feuser_register to post variable to another system

I'm using sr_feuser_register to register new users, but the newsletters 
are sent from another system (interspire e-mail marketeer).
This system has forms you can use to inject users directly into it's 
database with a post action:

<form method="post" action="http://INTERSPIRE/form.php?form=4" 
id="frmSS4" onsubmit="return CheckForm4(this);">

is it possible to edit the template from sr_feuser_register to also post 
to this form as well as making a user?
