[TYPO3-english] RealUrl 1.8.0 and TYPO3 4.3.2 display blank pages

Make sure, that all RealURL-related extensions (some configurators, image 
realurl and so on) are installed after RealURL. Also if you have installed 
some bugfixes (like realurl_excludelist bugfix) for previous versions, you 
should also uninstall them.
