Solved :-) 

Answering  myself.....  typo3 4.3.x needs a speacial settings in
localconf.php  for imagemagik

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['im_stripProfileCommand'] =  '';

I was in a wrong direction :-( but finally reach the right track :-)
