[TYPO3-english] tt_news, rss, cooluri and cache

The links are below are not CoolUri generated, so it doesn't look like 
CoolUri's problem. I'm not sure whether the no_cache parameter isn't 
ignored in latest TYPO3 version. If so, then you are missing cHash 
parameter that would do the right caching.
