Hey Guys

thanks for answering my post.

I didn't figure out what the problem was; after spending a whole bunch
of time at it I realized that a fresh install might be quicker as the
site was still quite close to the stock wec package.

Eventually I just uploaded the wec package that I'd originally used on
my home computer and installed from scratch.
