[TYPO3-english] unlink error

Hi. I have noticed problems with unlink function in TYPO3 4.2.10. The error 
is:

Warning:
unlink(/path/typo3temp/locks/1d8d2e694752c3bb03aebc199e4d53d5)
[function.unlink]: No such file or directory in 
/path/typo3_src-4.2.10/t3lib/class.t3lib_lock.php on line 216

Anyone knows why this happens and how to solve it?
