[TYPO3-english] looking to migrate 3.8.1 from centos 4 to centos 5 - php, db and other components upgrade

Hi Everyone!

We have had an old but reliable typo3 3.8.1 instance running under 
centos 4 for a couple of years.
We need to phase out the server and looking to install a new centos 5 
64bit for typo3 and other stuff.
Since I am afraid of upgrading to 4.3 as this is a complex install with 
a number of sites and extensions, I would prefer staying at 3.8.1.

Does anybody have any problems running 3.8.1 under centos 5 (php 5.1.6, 
mysql 5.0.77, ImageMagick 6.2.8
