[TYPO3-english] direct mail and tt_address

Hi all

I'm trying to send a newsletter to subscribers on a subscription list via 
direct_mail. After completing the 5 steps of setting it all up, I go to 
"Mailer Engine Status" to envoke the mailer engine (since I'm not able to 
add a cron-job - shared host) and now comes the errors.
For every attempt to send an email I get: Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): 
supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in 
/home/u11p931/www/t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php on line 809

I think the problem may be that I installed the Direct Mail extension prior 
to installing tt_address.

Also, I started the sqlDebug and it seems that the problem is that there are 
no records in table tt_address_group_mm. When or how are records inserted 
into this table?

It is a fairly new site and it's my first attempt to send direct mails. 
Typo3 is version 4.2.6, newest versions of all extensions.
