[TYPO3-english] Manage a content (from RTE) witch link

Hi all,

I have a very simple question but I do not find the method to call.

In an extension, I take from database a content given in RTE with links 
inside (<link>...</link>)

When returning, this is not changed to a link tag and I do not remember 
and find what to use.
