[TYPO3-english] Dam is uploading old version if called as dependency!

Hi all

ATTENTION. DAM is uploading an old Version when you call it as a dependecy
from your extension. You need to update it otherwise you have error messages
in the backend. Perhaps someone could change this but who?
When you get this error: *Fatal error*: Call to undefined method
tx_dam_indexing::setOptionsFromRules() in *
/var/www/t3min/public_html/abc/typo3conf/ext/dam_index/modfunc_index/class.tx_damindex_index.php
