You've already a thread for this problem, right?

Why don't you post it inside this thread?

Have you downloaded and extracted typo3_src again? Maybe there went sth.  
wrong so the file is missing.
Or you download it to your local PC and upload the file by hand (not  
recommended as there might other files be missing, too).
