Use TypoScript Object Browser to explore "lib.parseFunc" and
"lib.parseFunc_RTE" and disable some parts of it or disable it
completely by adding "lib.parseFunc_RTE >" to the TS Setup of your root
template.

...OR...

Use Info -> Page TSconfig to explore the RTE object and its
"RTE.default.FE.proc", "RTE.config.tt_content.bodytext.proc", etc. and
disable some parts of it by adding configuration to the TSconfig of your
root page.
