Allthough the TSref doesn't clearly say it, this property has stdWrap!

You can do the following without any problem:

page.10.template = FILE
page.10.template.file.cObject = TEXT
page.10.template.file.cObject.value = fileadmin/templates/index
page.10.template.file.wrap = |.html
