[TYPO3-english] Extension API doc using phpDocumentor

Hi all,

I am generating API documentation for my extension using phpdoc. The 
only problem I am facing is the output of copyright header in place of 
the file information block. It seems phpdoc uses the first comment block 
of the file as the file description block which is not the case with 
TYPO3. Can anyone tell me if there is any way to fix or get rid of this 
problem ?
