[TYPO3-english] tt_content title condition

Hi list, 

I've inserted two kind of tt_content elements on my page. One is called
"Special" and the other one "NotSpecial". I would like to set on my TS
template the next condition:

if <the title of any tt_content displayed on the page is "Special">  
	do some sentences on TS
else 
	do other sentences on TS

Would anyone know how to set this condition on TS?

Besides, is there any Global Wrap I can apply to every tt_content
element in every branch?
