[TYPO3-english] admPanel for backend users

Nope, not working.
I tried to set
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['SYS']['cookieDomain'] = '.domain.de';
and
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['SYS']['cookieDomain'] = 'subdomain.domain.de';

Only the admins see the admPanel!
