[TYPO3-english] gifbuilder PNG problem

hmm the original image is located here:
http://gifbuilder.susi1.ath.cx/fileadmin/test.png
but it happens also with
http://gifbuilder.susi1.ath.cx/fileadmin/other_one.png
and also this one http://gifbuilder.susi1.ath.cx/fileadmin/gimpi.gif 
which i created with GIMP.
i tested now with IM 6.2.5, IM 4.2.9 and IM 6.5.6-10, on every version
the same problem.
With GraphicsMagick i discovered another issue. In PS7 or GIMP i start
with a transparent Layer. I fill the whole layer with white and over the
white i draw a black filled rectangle. With that image in GM 1.3.7 i
have the same Problem like with the image i posted above. That problem
doesn't occur with GM 1.1.7. Another interesting thing is that if i
convert the image which makes problems in GM 1.3.7 with "/usr/bin/gm
convert problem.gif problem.gif" than the there are no more errors with
that image in GM 1.3.7.

BTW:  http://gifbuilder.susi1.ath.cx/fileadmin/gimpi.gif this one i got
only to work with GM 1.1.7, no IM and no other GM!

I don't know where the problem is, maybe Typo3 gives the wrong
parameters to the CommandLine of IM or GM in certain versions? Maybe
certain versions of IM or GM are buggy? Maybe i'm doing something wrong?

Really silly. Since now only GM 1.1.7 seems to work fine. But it's not
nice to have an old version of Software..
