[TYPO3-english] enable_typo3temp_db_tracking

Hello,

I have a question: I'd like to logging the typo3temp files in the
database. I set up [GFX][enable_typo3temp_db_tracking] = 1 in the
localconf.php, but my cache_typo3temp_log is empty.

What's wrong?
