[TYPO3-english] import t3d

Hi list,
I'm the Administrator of my website and I manage it with typo3.

I'm searching for a configuration to allow "simple" user to upload from 
their local computers the t3d files
Infact when they follow, from the icon page, the instructions
"More Options"->"Import from .t3d"
it's possible only to upload a file .t3d from the server.

Can anynone help me?
