[TYPO3-english] Ampersand on XML

Hi list, 

I've seen the ampersand symbol (&) is a reserved character for XML. So
when trying to show my tt_news feeds, if my subheader contains something
like this:

"Durante la jornada se mostrarán las ventajas que aporta..."

the XML goes wrong. 

How could I convert these characters with a TS sentence to show my
subheader correctly with accents?
