[TYPO3-english] Import/Export national chars problem

Finally i found it. The problem was with sourceopt extension. By default it 
is enabled per site and by default Enable UTF-8 support setting is enabled. 
After disableing this option everything works fine. Ufff.. i'm going for a 
drink now.
