No idea about this extension. Default TYPO3 setup for login requires
a CONSTANT to be set:
styles.content.loginform.pid = XXX

You could try to use that also for the extension in SETUP
plugin.tx_felogin_pi1.storagePid = {$styles.content.loginform.pid}

Does that help?
