[TYPO3-english] How to cut menu into two pieces

Hi

I would need to create a menu using COA, where

lib.menu_1a has items 1-7

and lib.menu_1b has rest items

and
lib.menu_1=COA
lib.menu_1.10 < lib.menu_1a
lib.menu_2.10 < lib.menu_1b

How to set the cutting for those menu parts?
