Hi Sergio,

I don't think this is a 4.3 issue. I have the same problem on a 4.2 
installation, since today or yesterday. Managed to fetch translations on 
  wednesday (for sr_emailsubscribe), but getting the yellow '???' now on 
every Typo3 installation on this same server.
However I also don't think it's an issue with the translation server, as 
on a different host (also a 4.2 install) I can fetch translations.

As our server has been upgraded this week, the problem probably lies 
there. Which may be the same in your case.
I'm looking into it and will let you know what caused the problem in my 
case.
