[TYPO3-english] Translation handling on TYPO3 4.3.0RC1

Hi list,

I've installed TYPO3 4.3.0RC1 a few days ago and I would like to load my
backend on other languages as I used to have on old versions. I've seen
that "Translation handling" on Ext Manager doesn't work properly when I
check status against repository. Is it something about being not a
stable version or am I missing something?
