[TYPO3-english] TIMTAB Group blog for FE users

Maybe there's an easier way, since some third party blogging tools
work with timtab so you don't have to explicitly log in on the page
itself. 
Or, you could use the Firefox-Extension "Scribefire" which comes with
a wizard for setting it up.
