[TYPO3-english] Anchor link in HTML email

Hi

I created a link to the top under article in an HTML email (direct mail).

However TYPO3 automatically inserts the url before the anchor link.

1. How can I strip this?

So I insert <a href="#top">Go to top</a>

But the link in the source of the email becomes :
http://www.mydomain.com/fileadmin/templates/tmpl/#top


2. Further I need probably disable jumpurls for the anchors, how can I 
do that? Else url becomes :

http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?id=1224&rid=t_3&mid=18&aC=8690f447&jumpurl=4
