[TYPO3-english] FE logout, enough browser backs and unwanted login

Hi and thank you Phil,

Can't wait or even use now 4.3.
I'm stuck with this in 4.0.12 and the site will be up only for 1-2 more 
months but this security issue is to be solved any case.
