[TYPO3-english] options.shortcutGroups

Hi,
I try to put options.shortcutGroups in my User TSConfig without success 
(TYPO3 4.2.10 and in trunk).
The shortcut menu tells me I have "No Group" at all.
Do I create a bugreport or do I miss something ?
