[TYPO3-english] realurl,calling page with id and title both?

Hallo list,

we have configured realurl in our new project, everything is running OK, but
the same page can be called with id and title.
my question is:
Is it possible to redirect any page with id (e.g. 118,
www.domain.com/index.php?id=118) to its realurl path with title (
www.domain.com/about-us/ )  as in cooluri?
