[TYPO3-english] New content element "video" - Support for video conversion in TYPO3 (FFmpeg)

Hi Morten,
we already started developing ext that uses ffmpeg lib.
It will be an generic ext. Its input will be a file and output will be
image(s) and flv files.
We could share it if you are interested.
