I verified the sourcecode of the guestbook-form and it seems beeing correct:

Nevertheless I'm redirected to URL 
http://www.oilonline.com/http://www.oilonline.com/commu... too.

Perhaps you have some strange settings in .htaccess concerning mod_rewrite?
