[TYPO3-english] ve_guestbook problem

After an entry is made and they directed to Target Page after  
Submitting (in our case a thank you page) the user is directed to this  
url:

http://www.oilonline.com/http://www.oilonline.com/community/blogs-opinions/thank-you/?tx_ttnews%5Btt_news%5D=75568&cHash=94261e655e


I see no setting for where the extra base url would come in.  What  
might I be missing?
