Have a look at the fields
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['FE']['debug'] = '0';
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['SYS']['displayErrors'] = '0';
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['SYS']['sqlDebug'] = '0';
The difference betweeen the first two options I haven't verified but
it's explained in the installtool and should be set to zero anyway.
