[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 4.3.0-trunk with Oracle

Hi,

If someone is interested in using Oracle with TYPO3, I wrote a complete 
tutorial. Core as to be patched though but hopefully all of pending 
patches will get integrated and committed before 4.3 final is out, 
meaning Oracle might work out-of-the-box at this point of time (at least 
for well-known extensions I mean :D)
