[TYPO3-english] powermail explicitAllow

Hi folks,

I changed in one site explicitDeny to explicitAllow and now I can't get 
the plugin Powermail available to a BE group as it was. All the other 
elements and plugins are available as they are supposed to be.

Can it be that changing this mode can affect on this even though the 
activations are corrected as they should be..?
