[TYPO3-english] Modifying <title>

[La Farge Douglas]

My client has requested adding a "keyword" phrase to their title.

Currently (per the default setting) the title takes the form:

<title>Sitetitle: Home (name of page)</title>

They'd like something like:

<title>Best Keywords used in short phrase –  Sitetitle:  Home</title>

Is there an easy way to do this and if so where might I look for  
instructions.
