[TYPO3-english] tt_news search templates order

Put two tt_news instances on the search results page of type SEARCH.

Use seperate templates, make the first instance use just a template that
only has TEMPLATE_LIST in
and make the second instance use a template with just TEMPLATE_SEARCH in.
