[TYPO3-english] Empty body in typo3 documents when using lighttpd

Hm... it works well with Apache, so I'm wondering how this should be
different between Apache and LightTPD -- the setup and database are
exactly the same otherwise?

But in any case, I tried adding it and it made no difference. Still
works well with Apache and not with LightTPD.

Or maybe I added the "css styled content" incorrectly? Any particular
way to do this that I need to apply?
