Hi Andreas,

Thanks for the tips.

Can you please suggest which newsreader to use and how to config into Typo3
mailing list... as currently my outlook popup the notification email every
minute.. and getting annoying.

yes I know, but don't do that.

With config.headerComment you can put your own comment on top of it. f.e.

config.headerComment (
     =========================================================
     *** my comment                                        ***
     =========================================================
)

Please use "REPLY" with your email client to reply to the mailinglist. Or
better use a newsreader. 
Every of your mail starts a new topic, this is very bad!!!
