Sorry, but without forum there is nothing to judge positiv about and the 
other pages aren't really as informativ as german or english pages.
In the Content-Area often Text is found like "klick the navi" - but 
information on next page seems beeing the same. Real docs are rare and 
mostley are only links to typo3.org (or local copies of that files - 
didn't test a lot).

If the page is renewed leave a message and I'll revisit it. Further more 
you can leave an own comment with hint about special areas / content.
