[TYPO3-english] Notify new contents

If you are at all contemplating using a Custom Workspace as a draft workspace, notification comes to workspace members when the publishing stage of an item changes. This may be overkill in certain circumstances, but it is an option we are using for our site so far (our organization is new to content management/Typo3, so the jury is still out on its effectiveness).

Hi list, 

what extension would you recommend me to notify a certain e-mail I 
define that some new content has been recently created? 

I just want: when someone publish some new content, a certain person 
knows it :)
