[TYPO3-english] no_cache vs clear_cache

Hi,
no_cache GET param is well known, it makes typo3 to build pages from 
scratch by ignoring any cache.
What about clear_cache option, is there such? a get parameter that would 
  re-cache pages for given cHash (exactly what Shift-Reload does now).

this looks very useful when user make a change to a page that should 
reflected instantly.
