[TYPO3-english] Image Alignment Problem in 4.2.6

Hi Francois,

Yes, this fixed my problem.

I changed
typo3_src-4.2.6/typo3/sysext/css_styled_content/static/constants.txt

separateRows = 0
To
separateRows = 1

Is there a better place for me to make this change? I'm not too familiar
with the variable structure of typo3.
